Guided diagnosis. The technician describes the failure by voice, in their own words. Mimorian suggests targeted hypotheses based on context, points to the first test to run and gives the exact references from the electrical schematic. At closure, the identified cause, the fix applied and the intervention report are recorded automatically.

Structured knowledge capture. Every expert diagnosis leaves a usable record: context, recommendation, rationale, attached to the machine and its components. Know-how is captured hands-free, by voice, and stays available to the whole team, even after the expert has left.

Reliability. Pareto of the components causing the most downtime, per machine. Recurring failures detected directly from technicians' own words. Cross-analysis of root causes across history and machines, then a reliability plan: change the part reference, add preventive maintenance, retrofit or invest.

Knowledge management. Mimorian maps who holds the experience on each machine, by field: mechanical, electrical, automation, pneumatics, hydraulics. Situations covered by a single expert stand out clearly, so knowledge can be shared before someone leaves.
